Shipping Within New Zealand
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $12.99 NZD applies to orders under $250 NZD.
• Free Delivery is available when your order is above the $250NZD threshold stated on the website at the time of purchase.
NZ Delivery Times
Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon to Fri on an overnight service and would normally be with you within 2-5 working days. (Order made on Friday are likely to be delivered on Monday)
NZ Rural Delivery Times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Order Tracking
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the tracking tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
